Barefootbrinlie will accept items for return or exchange given that the following terms are met:
1. Items were purchased in the last 14 days.
2. Items must be in the original packaging.
3. Items must be unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.
4. Items are purchased at regular cost and not on discount.
Items cannot be returned or exchanged if:
1. Order date is over 14 days.
2. Items are NOT in the original packaging.
3. Items are worn, altered or damaged.
4. Items were made to your specifications (custom orders or special sizing).
5. Items are purchased during a sale or using a discount code.
Buyer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. We encourage you to use insured and trackable mail services.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
