Whether those wounds be from generational trauma, childhood, or any other area of your life that could be holding you back from enjoying all the joy life has to offer you. Not only will paradigm shift help you heal your own inner wounds, but you will have your level I and level II Reiki certifications. Where you will be able to practice Reiki for others.
