About the event
Join me for a gentle & transformative breathwork session where we’ll explore two powerful techniques: one to balance the left and right hemispheres of the brain, and another to help you drop deeper into your body and connect with your breath.
This experience can be emotional and deeply restorative.
Please prepare a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax without distractions. You’re welcome to keep your camera and mic off throughout the session. Feel free to bring a cozy blanket, a warm drink, water, or anything else that helps you feel supported and safe.
