Step into a transformative experience with Holotropic Breath Work, a dynamic 3-part breathing technique designed to help you explore your emotions and thoughts at a deeper level. This class is perfect for those on a journey of personal growth and healing. With the aid of specific breathing techniques, music, and supportive bodywork, we’ll guide you in unlocking profound insights within your mind.

In addition to a powerful breathwork session, we will begin with a cacao ceremony where we'll immerse ourselves in the heart-opening magic of cacao. Together, we'll create a space of connection, healing, and deep introspection. Come with an open heart and be ready to experience the transformative power of this sacred ritual.

What We Provide for Your Comfort

To enhance your experience, we’ll supply organic lip balm, noise-canceling headphones, and a cozy eye mask.

IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS!

This is an intense healing session. Please inform us if you have any of the following conditions: Epilepsy, Pregnancy (over 4 months), Glaucoma, History of Cardiovascular Disease, Severe Mental Illness, Aneurysm, or Neurological Conditions.

Preparing for Your Journey

Ensure you are nourished and hydrated before the session, though we recommend not eating at least an hour beforehand. Your comfort and readiness are essential for fully immersing yourself in this powerful journey.

What to Bring

Bring water, a cozy blanket, a pillow, and if possible, a yoga mat for added comfort. You might also want to bring a journal to capture and reflect on your experience afterward.
